FLORIDA COMPLIANCE
This sweepstakes is conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 849. Registration and bonding requirements have been met as required by Florida law.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Ice Time Watches and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
ENTRY METHODS
- Free Mail-In Entry: Send a postcard with your name, complete address, email, phone number, and date of birth to: Ice Time Watches Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 12345, Miami, FL 33101. Limit one entry per outer envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the entry deadline.
- Online Entry: Complete the online entry form. Optional purchase of additional entries available but does not affect odds of winning.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected via random drawing conducted by an independent third party. Winner will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of drawing. Winner must respond within 7 days and complete affidavit of eligibility and liability release. If winner does not respond within specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE VALUE & TAXES
Approximate retail value varies by specific watch model (between $45,000 - $95,000). Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. IRS Form 1099 will be issued for prizes valued over $600. Winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries have equal chance of winning regardless of entry method (free or paid).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
